When will palmOne's Treo 650 become 'official'?

I'm sure that some fortune tellers must be, well, making a fortune these days with those Treonaut clients desperately waiting to know exactly 1) when palmOne will be making its official announcement of the Treo 650 and 2) who will be the first carrier to release it and an exact date where Treonauts can mob the store to get their hands on their new baby...

Since I was on the theme of fortune telling I decided to check out Susan Miller's 'Astrology Zone' for a quick check of what the most auspicious date for our Treo baby might be.

First what sign could the Treo 650 be? Any announcement before Oct 23 would be Libra while one from Oct 23 onwards would be Scorpio...

If it were to be Libra, which would be the best day of the month? Oct 13 would appear to be the one as Susan describes "With Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, the Sun and solar eclipse on October 13 in Libra, get ready for a five-star month that heavily favors you and your dearest wishes."

If it were to be Scorpio? Susan suggests "A key moment will arrive on October 27, a full moon lunar eclipse that will give you greater clarity concerning a relationship by pushing feelings to either end of the spectrum." This could mean that the Treo 600 has been anxious about the relationship with the new sibling the Treo 650?
