Treo 650 Goes WiFi!
Thanks to a tip at Engadget, there's a post on TreoCentral which speaks to some success running the PalmOne WiFi Card on a Treo 650 using the Tungsten T5 driver. While we can't yet claim to have run this for ourselves, this is an exciting development nonetheless.
This is not for the faint of heart, but rather only for the adventurous Treonauts here. The installer is over 3MB, and will likely require a HARD reset after you are through based on how the hack was constructed. This is an obvious inconvenience and one you should not take likely if you plan to try it. Back up, back up, back up!
There's a chance this hack will allow Treo 600 users to use the PalmOne WiFi card as well which would really open up even more potential.
