A long weekend in Paris
You may have been wondering where I have been hiding for the the past few days. Well, I have been in Paris attending an excellent entrepreneurs conference which was organized in the beautiful “Maison de l’Amerique Latine” (above) and also for a number of other business and friendly meetings. I was taking advantage of a bank holiday weekend that inevitably, albeit briefly, dragged me away from writing on Treonauts.
Paris is a dream city in all senses and I used much of my free time wandering the city throughout the day and night taking in the sights but also thinking about the future of our Treo – as I do most of the time .
As appears to happen with increasing frequency, I left my digital camera behind and instead snapped the moments with the built-in camera on my Treo.
Above is the Sacre Coeur church in the Montmartre area looming large over Paris with hundreds of people sunbathing at its feet during one of the many clear blue sky days that the city has benefited from this week – an absolutely stunning place.
Above, in the early hours of the morning a local ‘Artisan Boulanger’ – artisan baker – prepares the various breads, baguettes and croissants that will shortly be on sale in front of the curious eyes of a passing girl. I loved how this particular bakery decided to bring a level of ‘transparency’ to its trade and allow people to see something which would previously be hidden from view – companies across all industries could learn a thing or two from this.
Treonauts always appreciate their surroundings…

Very nice pics. I hope to be a better photographer with my [new] 600. But once the 670/700 (whichever with Cobalt if Cobalt) comes, I hope to have a better Treo with a camera on it to match.
If you don't have it already, I highly recommend the free app Metro (http://surf.to/metro) for the Treo to navigate the Paris train and subway system. It was indispensable during my stay there a few weeks ago!
Thanks for the share ..
I'm going there next week.
I'wanna buy a QWERTY Treo 680 from there, where should i find the bestdeal in paris?
