Treo 700w Available for $299
The new Treo 700w running Windows Mobile 5.0 is now available to buy directly from the Treonauts Shop starting at only $299.00 after rebates for new Verizon Wireless customers.
Voice & Data plans start at $84.98 per month for 450 voice minutes and unlimited data. The highest plans is for 6000 voice minutes and unlimited data at $244.98 per month.
The Unlimited Data plan mentioned in the prices above is optional but required if you wish to use a $200 mail-in rebate – without it the mail-in rebate is $50.
Additionally, you can also transfer a number from a different carrier (Number Portability) to your new Verizon Wireless Treo 700w activation.
Finally, the Treonauts Shop now also includes a separate listing of all available Treo 700w accessories and the Treonauts Software Store similarly offers Windows Mobile programs for your new smartphone.

StyleTap Inc. now supports the Treo 700w in its latest version of the StyleTap Platform for Windows Mobile (0.9.108) which is now available on our website (www.styletap.com).
Users can now run thousands of programs originally written for Palm OS(R) on their Treo 700ws.
BTW, I would recommend that anyone using it on a Treo 700w, should be sure to read the release notes http://www.styletap.com/index.php?page=release_notes.html.
I think that it interesting to note that a lot of WM applications do not run properly or are awkward to use on square screen WM 5 devices, but ironically Palm applications are a perfect fit.
