Bestselling Treo Accessories This Month

Judging by the number of emails that I receive and also calls to our Treo Accessories Store customer service team it appears that many Treonauts are somewhat inundated by the accessory choices available.

I therefore thought that it might prove useful if I put together a list of bestselling accessories while also adding my comments for each of them and highlighting the fact that all of these are highly recommended as my Editor’s Choice – I personally use most if not all of them on a daily basis.

Bestselling Treo Accessories (For All Models)

SPE P6 Pouch Treo Case 
This “Best Treo Case” offers excellent value, it’s extremely solid and well built and after two years at the top of the bestselling chart it has certainly withstood the test of time.  It is without a doubt the undefeated champion of Treo cases.

Helix Treo Holster
This “Best Treo Holster” has garnered increased praise and risen to the top because of its solid build, rubber-coated protective interior, universal fit and also dual belt clip.

Palm Treo Battery Charger
Possibly the best designed Treo accessory to have been released this year, the Treo battery charger is ultrasmall and compact and ideal to take with you anywhere.  I consider it essential if you own a spare battery.

SPE Retractable S&C Cable
Considered by many to be the “Best Value Treo Accessory”, the SPE Retractable S&C Cable is probably the single most useful item in my kit and I don’t go anywhere without one.

SPE Treo Screen Protectors
These are in my opinion one of the first and most important items to get and I personally stuck one to my Treo as soon as it came out of the box.  Clearly a $15 item to help protect a $600 investment should be a complete no brainer.

Aliph Jawbone Noise Shield Headset (Black)
Both the black and silver Jawbone offer the best audio quality and the most amazing noise cancellation technology of any Bluetooth headset that I have tested.  They’re not the lightest, smallest or most pocketable but if it’s voice quality that you’re after there is no better choice. 

SPE Stereo Adapter
Although a great many 2.5mm headphones are available most people appear to prefer standard 3.5mm models.  This SPE Stereo Adapter allows them to plug them easily and I personally need it for my Noise Cancellation Headphones.

Palm Treo Cradle Kit
This is the best designed Treo cradle which offers not only the option to charge your device but also to Sync as well as charge a spare battery.  The International charging tips are also a bonus.

Egrips
A truly gripping experience, the egrips ensure that your Treo stays practically glued to any flat surface and significantly improves the grip in your hands thanks to a patent pending “microdimples” technology material  which offers some rather incredible adhesion properties.

SPE Solid Stylus
It may be a small detail but for any Treonaut looking to make a token personalization statement or using a Treo stylus on a regular basis these SPE Solid Stylus offer a much better feel in your hand.  I also highly recommend them for the Treo 680.

This extended battery for the Treo 755p has the benefit of delivering 30% more power than a standard battery or up to 6 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby time.  Also, it is slim enough to not require a larger battery cover.

Although an extended battery for Treo 750 is available it appears that most owners still prefer to use the smaller standard Palm battery – possibly because of its terrific price.

Providing 33% more power than the standard battery, this 2400mAh model has been the single most popular battery for the Treo 650 and all Treo 700 models thanks to its terrific value and the fact that it does not required an extended battery cover.

Palm Pen Stylus
Although I personally prefer the SPE Solid Stylus above, this replacement Palm Pen Stylus has the added benefit of a built-in pen which can prove useful if you suddenly need to jot something down while on the go.
