4. Ringo Pro - Treo Ringtone Player

9. Launcher X (NEW Entry – Not Yet Rated)
Launcher X is a popular, powerful and highly configurable application launcher that replaces the built-in launcher on your Palm Powered Handheld.  LauncherX is completely skinnable and unlike normal skins which are just face paint, these go one step further by putting intelligent code into the skin structure so the skin forms in essence the user interface layer for Launcher X.

10. TreoWeather
Until now most weather information applications were anything but graphically pleasing.  TreoWeather finally corrects this with a simple program that displays precise weather data for most world cities with rich graphics and backgrounds.
